Your information, explained.

Website inquiries

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, business type, website needs, selected use case, trial interest, plan and pricing preference, and project description. We store this information so the team can assess your needs and discuss a proposal. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores inquiries in its D1 database.

Setup-call bookings

When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected time, and what you want to discuss. Your company and website are optional. These details are shared with Daniel to arrange the call. Titan stores the calendar appointment, and Resend delivers confirmations, calendar invitations, reminders, and cancellation messages to you and your host.

Booking records and their notification jobs are removed from our booking database through scheduled cleanup 30 days after the appointment. Calendar entries and delivered emails may remain in the recipients’ calendars and mailboxes. Cancelled bookings have their calendar event removed and pending reminders stopped.

Technical information

The booking calendar uses a secure session cookie for up to 90 days to protect access to your booking. Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests to help prevent automated abuse. Hosting and email providers may process technical connection information to deliver and protect these services.

When you select a calculator currency other than USD, your browser requests reference exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API. That service receives connection information such as your IP address; calculator prices and sales counts are not included in that request. Optional analytics and advertising tags run only after you allow their respective categories.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we store a random browser identifier, session identifier, public page paths, device category, referral source, campaign tags, clicks, scrolling, active time and conversion events. Raw events are retained for 90 days. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, passwords, full URLs or booking management tokens in these events. Browser identifiers can be cleared using Analytics preferences or your browser settings.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager may process these events when configured. Microsoft Clarity may provide public-page heatmaps and session recordings; sensitive content must be masked in the Clarity project. Clarity recordings are excluded from the booking, login, customer portal and admin pages. Optional Google Ads conversions require separate advertising consent. Provider retention is managed in each provider account. Declining analytics leaves visits out of the report. Change your choice at any time using Analytics preferences in the footer.

Questions or corrections

Please do not include card details, passwords, or identity documents in inquiries or booking forms. Booking a call does not enroll you in a subscription or marketing list. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or change your appointment, email daniel@libutad.com. You can also cancel an appointment through the management link in its confirmation email.
