Can I use my existing website?
Yes. We review your platform and code, confirm compatibility, and quote the integration before work starts. Your existing website stays the starting point.
Who can use the payment setup?
Our current software checkout is for eligible software and digital products, subject to provider approval. Individuals, creators, and small businesses can apply. Physical goods, standalone consulting, donations, and crowdfunding are outside this setup. Tell us what you sell so we can confirm the fit first.
Do I need a payment account?
Yes. You need your own approved seller account. We help with integration and onboarding steps. A standard account does not let us collect payments for unrelated businesses, and approval is not guaranteed.
Is the website actually full-stack?
The website scope includes the frontend, server-side functionality, and a database where the agreed features need one. This site uses React, TypeScript, server-side APIs, and a SQL database on Cloudflare. Your projectβs stack, access controls, and testing are agreed before the build. A custom SaaS application is a separate project.
What are the payment fees?
The lower-monthly option includes a 2% Libutad service fee for managing and maintaining your website within your planβs agreed scope. It applies to successful payments through your connected checkout, including renewals. Provider fees cover payment processing and billing. For the standard software checkout, 5% + $0.50 provider fees plus our 2% comes to 7% + $0.50 when both percentages use the same sale amount. Your monthly subscription and applicable taxes are additional. Fixed monthly plans remove Libutadβs 2%, not the provider fee.
What happens with refunds?
Libutadβs 2% is calculated on the sale amount before provider fees, excluding separately stated sales tax and shipping. We credit our fee on refunded amounts. Failed payments, canceled payments, and unrelated off-site sales do not count. The payment providerβs refund fees and policy are separate.
Is every payout exactly 40 days after a sale?
No. The standard software checkout uses monthly payouts, not a fixed 40-day timer. Eligible balances are scheduled at the start of the following month and sent by the 15th, with up to 3 working days for bank arrival. The minimum USD payout threshold is $100. Smaller balances carry forward; verification, reviews, holds, and account-specific terms can delay payouts.
What is included in the monthly price?
The agreed website build, payment integration, hosting, maintenance, and the content-edit allowance shown in your plan. Domains, taxes, payment-provider fees, and paid third-party tools are extra. Existing-site integrations receive a separate scope and quote.
Are 6- and 12-month plans paid upfront?
No. Both are billed monthly for the agreed commitment. For example, Start on lower monthly pricing is $29 each month for 12 months ($348 minimum subscription total), or $39 each month for 6 months ($234 minimum). Transaction fees and other agreed extras are additional. These are not cancel-anytime monthly plans.
What is the difference between lower and fixed monthly?
The website scope stays the same within each tier. Lower monthly has a smaller subscription plus a 2% Libutad fee on successful sales. Fixed monthly has a higher subscription and includes website care, with no Libutad percentage fee. Both still have provider fees of 5% + US$0.50 per successful checkout.
Are strategic offers the same as product listings?
No. Listings are catalogue entries; every plan lets you add unlimited product and service listings. Strategic offers are the positioning, packaging and value proposition we develop with you. They are not discount codes. Start has a monthly allowance; Business and Plus include unlimited strategic offer requests, handled through an agreed delivery queue.
Are growth services included?
Paid advertising, SEO, social media, content services and email marketing are optional paid add-ons for Business and Plus. Website chatbots are a Plus-only paid add-on. Each needs a separate quote and authorization. They are not included in a website subscription or free trial.
Why a 6- or 12-month commitment?
The website build is spread across monthly payments instead of a separate upfront build fee within the agreed scope. Twelve months has a lower monthly rate. Cancellation, renewal, ownership, and handover terms are confirmed in writing before you commit.
